HDI® Knowledge-Centered Service Foundation (KCSF) Training
In this course, you will gain an awareness of knowledge management best practices and be introduced to the fundamental concepts of the Knowledge-Centered Service (KCSSM) methodology. This course can be used to build internal support for a new knowledge management initiative.
This course is real time instructor- led but held VIRTUALLY so all you need is a computer or laptop with internet capabilities. A headphone/speaker is also recommended if you have them available.
