ITIL 4 Foundation enables candidates to look at IT Service Management through an end-to-end operating model for the creation, delivery and continual improvement of tech-enabled products and services.

ITIL 4 Foundation equips candidates with:

• A holistic approach to the facilitation of co-creation of value with customers and other stakeholders in the form of products and services
• The guiding principles of ITIL 4
• The four dimensions of Service Management
• Key concepts from Lean, Agile, DevOps, and why these are important to deliver business value
• How ITIL practices described in ITIL 4 will maintain the value and importance provided by the current ITIL processes, whilst at the same time expand to be integrated to different areas of service management and IT, from demand to value.

What is the process after you buy the exam?

1. You purchase your exam, and payment is confirmed
2. We contact PeopleCert to obtain a voucher code (12 digit code)
3. We release the exam voucher to your specified email address when you placed your order
4. Full instructions are provided of what the next steps are, IE how do you register, when can you sit an exam, what do you need? See guidelines above for more details.
5. You then need to setup an account on PeopleCert website
6. Visit https://www.peoplecert.org/register to create your profile.
   1. Click on create an account, and follow the steps until your account is setup. If you already have an account click on already registered up the top right.
7. Once logged in and you have your code, you can then register for an exam. Paste the code in the
   code section given and then click confirm.
