Note that as of Nov 1st 2019 AXELOS mandated that no course can be sold unless it accompanies as examination. Once an exam voucher has been ordered, there is only a 14 day window where the exam voucher can be cancelled, after this, the voucher cannot be refunded. Exam vouchers can be transferred to other students once the 14 day period has completed. Once you place an order for any PeopleCert course, the order MUST accompany an exam. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions Cobitism Pty Ltd will revoke your access to purchasing further vouchers or courses. No exam vouchers will be released to your candidates until your invoice for the vouchers has been paid in full.
